How to order your customized item

  1.  Submit Your Request: fill out the custom-order form with your contact and address information and details of your desired products, including any specific customization preferences, and let us know the details.

  2.  Upload the picture or sample of your design and thoughts if you have any: If you have a logo, image, or sample you’d like to share with us, you can upload it directly to our website to provide our artisans with a clear reference.
    Note: If you have no image, no worries at all. We are here to help you reach the best design possible with the help of our professional artisans, but please write us your initial thoughts in the box.

  3.  Receive Your Quote: Once we receive your request, we’ll promptly review it and provide you with a quote outlining the costs and timeframe for production. The link for payment will be sent to your email address or phone number you have provided
    and after your payment is completed, we will create a prototype for you.

  4. Receive Your Prototype: Our team will work diligently to create a prototype or mock-up of your custom product based on your design specifications. Once your prototype is ready, we’ll send it to you for your review and approval. If any adjustments are needed, simply let us know, and we’ll make the necessary revisions until you’re delighted.

  5.  Starting Production: Once you’ve approved your prototype, we’ll proceed with production, crafting your custom product with the utmost care and attention to detail.

  6.  Shipping to your address: Sit back and relax as we prepare your customized items for delivery. We will deliver them to the address you have provided for us, or if you wish you can come to our store and pick them up on your own.
    Note: If we deliver the product to your address, the cost of shipping will be added to the
    product quote and there is no extra fee for shipping.
    Note: Orders over 1000 euros will be shipped free.
