Returns
We want to offer the most comprehensive information and pictures of our products. If you cannot find the information you are looking for, please contact our customer service (Info@Ihmehalli.com) before ordering. Sometimes, however, the product you ordered does not suit your needs, in which case you have a 14-day right of return after picking up the product.
- The return must be notified by email (Info@Ihmehalli.com) before sending the return.
- The product to be returned must be unused, in the original packaging and with any product tags attached. You can familiarize yourself with the product, but in such a way that there are no signs of use or damage to the product. If the product is not in the same condition as the original or resalable, the customer will be charged the full price of the product and shipping costs.
- The defective product will only be exchanged for the same new product. If it is not in the selection, we will return the purchase amount after processing the complaint.
- In return situations, we make a refund via the Checkout service to the same payment method with which your purchase was paid.
- We do not reimburse the shipping costs incurred for the return. We do not have a return service agreement with Posti.
- We do not refund orders that are not picked up.
Note 1: If the product has been damaged in transit, make a complaint immediately at the product collection point.
Note 2: Custom-made products have no right to exchange or return. Custom-made products include custom-made furniture, interior textiles, carpets and other products, custom wallpapers, and products containing sewing services.
Return instructions:
- First, send us an email (Info@Ihmehalli.com)) that you are making a return.
- Pack the product(s) well (for example, the package in which the shipment has arrived).
- Put our address and phone number in the package:

- Always keep the receipt you received from Posti for the package you returned, as well as the return shipping ID, until you have received confirmation from us via email that you have received the return. We will return the money as soon as possible and at the latest according to the Consumer Protection Act within 14 days after the product has been returned to us.
